Poetry Out Loud – Mississippi Preliminary Contest

Please join the Margaret Walker Center for the statewide preliminary recitation contest of Mississippi Poetry Out Loud in the Jackson State University Student Center Theater at noon on Wednesday, February 1, 2023. Poetry Out Loud is a national high school recitation contest sponsored by the Mississippi Arts Commission, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Poetry Foundation.
This statewide preliminary contest is free and open to the public.
