Dear AAAM Members and Supporters:
With your safety and well-being our main priorities, I, along with the Board of Directors and Conference Planning Committee, have decided to not convene the 42nd AAAM Conference in Miami, FL. We will identify the programming and dates to convene virtually to handle our business, connect, and network with our AAAM Members.
Thank you for your patience while you allowed us to perform our due diligence in order to make this decision. We will provide you with updated information, including the registration process and a 42nd Annual Conference schedule as soon as possible and will provide pertinent information for you on our website and via email. For those who submitted panel proposals, the Planning Committee will contact a limited number of you in the coming days about participating virtually this year.
Our office will offer an array of options for those of you who have already registered for the Miami conference and will make certain to communicate information with you as it is finalized. If you reserved your hotel room at the J.W. Marriott ~ Marquis in Miami, FL call 1-888-717-8850 to cancel your room.
