
Tamyra Gordon
Co-Founder, Greenwood Seneca
Tamyra Gordon is the Co-Founder of Greenwood Seneca, a social impact firm that includes Seneca Real Estate Services and The Brick TV, a media platform centering Black narratives. She also co-leads the Greenwood Seneca Foundation, home to Your Legacy Tours, a cultural heritage program reimagining Black visitor experiences at historic sites and supporting homeschooling families with Black-centered curricula.
With over 18 years of experience across nonprofit leadership, curriculum design, historic preservation, and public programming, Tamyra has led national initiatives at Year Up, Rutgers Future Scholars, and America Needs You, and consulted with partners such as MyPath, Black Austin Tours, and The Slave Dwelling Project. She was recently selected as a 2025 Widen the Circle Berlin Fellow and is an invited advisory council member for the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture.
Tamyra’s work centers Black legacy, family, and generational wealth, and she brings a culturally grounded lens to program design and community engagement. A frequent speaker and homeschooling mom, she holds advanced degrees in education and marketing and certifications in public history and preservation.
