Webinar: Fundraising in the Age of COVID-19

This  webinar is the first installment of a six-part Zoom webinar series designed to offer guidance and strategies around how to sustain our institutions in this moment.  The series will leverage the expertise of sixteen heritage practitioners from across the country to address numerous topics.

Fundraising and development are crucial components of any successful nonprofit cultural institution. Whether an organization is just beginning or is looking to expand its fundraising efforts, this session will help participants better understand development best practices that should be incorporated into an organization’s daily operations.  This webinar is designed specifically for small to medium sized cultural organizations and grassroots groups. Participants will learn sustainable fundraising strategies for our times; how to cultivate and maintain relationships with donors; develop a giving campaign; work with a fiscal agent; and who to approach when looking for funding.
