Historically Speaking: For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Politics

October 1, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 9:15 pm

For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Politics provides a sweeping view of American history from the vantage points of four women who have lived and worked behind the scenes in politics for over thirty years―Donna Brazile, Yolanda Caraway, Leah Daughtry, and Minyon Moore.  Join the authors for a candid discussion of their work on the presidential campaigns of Jesse Jackson, Walter Mondale, Michael Dukakis, Bill Clinton, Al Gore, Barack Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton.  Books will be available for sale and signing by Smithsonian Enterprises.
