AASLH Speed Networking: Career Pathways
April 11 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Are you a student in a history, public history, museum studies, or other academic program who plans to work in museums or historic sites? Are you newly working in the field and wondering about the career paths available to you?
Attend the online AASLH Speed Networking event to hear from three people who will share their experiences about getting started and working in the field. You’ll have an opportunity to ask your questions about careers in public history and network with other new professionals at this highly interactive event.
This program is recommended for students who are about to graduate, those who have been in the field for two years or fewer, and those who are thinking about pivoting to a new role in the field.
Are you an academic program who would like to register a group of students for this program? Please contact Matt Arthur, AASLH Professional Development Manager, at arthur@aaslh.org to register your group.
