WHEN ARE THE VENDOR EXHIBITOR FEES DUE?

All conference vendors/exhibitors must submit payment (online or by mail) on or before April 20th, 2025.

WHEN DOES THE EXPO AREA OPEN/CLOSE?

2025 Conference Exhibitors are provided 24 total hours of exhibition time in the Expo area:

Wednesday, July 23rd (1:00-5:00 PM) | Thursday, July 24th (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Friday, July 25th (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Setup begins at 8:00 AM on Wednesday, July 23rd |  Breakdown must be completed by 6:30 PM on Friday, July 25th.
