EXHIBITOR PROSPECTUS

AAAM welcomes applications for exhibitors and vendors to the 2008 Annual Conference, to be held at the Hilton Chicago Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. Complete terms and conditions are provided on the Exhibitor/Vendor Application. To download and application, download the “Exhibitor Application” below.

The deadline to receive Exhibitor booth applications is May 30. Exhibitors' advertisements must be received via email by June 10 in order to be included in the Conference Program. Hurry, space is limited!



BOOTH RATES
AAAM Member (Institutional or Corporate Sponsors only): $350.00
Non-member:
$500.00

Booth Rate includes:
  • 8’ skirted table (10’ x 10’), two chairs, electricity
  • Half-page advertisement in Conference Program*
  • Listing with link on the AAAM Web site (one-year)
  • Printout of Conference Registration mailing list

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION / HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Registration for conference sessions and special events is the responsibility of the exhibitor/vendor. Click on Hotel and Logistics at the right for hotel reservation information. Conference registration forms can be downloaded and faxed or mailed to the AAAM office.

PAYMENT
A minimum $100 non-refundable deposit is required with this application if you contract booth space before May 30. You will be invoiced the remaining amount. After May 30, applications must be accompanied by full payment. All balances must be received in full by June 30.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds will issued for cancellations received after June 30. Space is limited. One booth per exhibitor/vendor. Applications that are not accepted or received after June 30 will be returned.

COMPANY/ORGANIZATION ADVERTISEMENT*
(For inclusion in the Conference Program)
Please e-mail your digital advertisement that will be included in the Conference Program. Larger ad spaces are available at an additional cost. Please note that ads must be received by May 30 for inclusion in the Conference Program. Ads received after May 30 are not guaranteed inclusion.

Support the Burroughs-Wright Fellowship!
Each year we ask each of our exhibitors and vendors to support the annual Burroughs-Wright Fellowship with a donation to the Silent and Live Auctions held during the conference. The Burroughs-Wright Fellows are first-year museum professionals or graduate-level students joining the museum field who receive a full conference registration, travel and lodging to the AAAM Annual Conference. Please let us know if your organization would like to participate.
