Please e-mail a digital advertisement that will be included in the Conference
Program booklet. Larger ad spaces are available at an additional cost. Ads must be received by June 1 for inclusion in the booklet.
(Ads received after July 1 may not be included.)
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION / HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Registration for conference sessions and special events is the responsibility of the exhibitor/vendor. Hotel reservation information and conference registration forms are available online at www.blackmuseums.org
Cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after July 3. Please know that space is limited.
